Randy is an associate in the Madison Office. Atty. Pflum focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency, debt collection, and litigation. Before joining Steinhilber Swanson LLP, Randy worked for a prominent insurance and worker's compensation defense litigation firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law in 2016, Randy served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Catherine J. Furay of the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. He also had the privilege of serving as a short-term judicial clerk to the Honorable Timothy A. Barnes of the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

During law school, he worked as an intern for the late Justice N. Patrick Crooks, and served as an intern for the United States Trustee's Office. Randy was a member of the Moot Court Board where he competed in the Irving R. Kaufman Securities Moot Court Competition. He also earned the Dean's Academic Achievement Award and was a recipient of the Gerald Konz Scholarship.

Prior to law school, Randy earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2008.
